Home Matters CaregivingJoin Home Matters Caregiving, a trusted in-home care agency serving the Greater Boston West area. We provide everything from companionship to end-of-life hospice care, and we’re committed to supporting our caregivers with the training, resources, and professional growth they need to succeed.DutiesAssist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.Provide meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.Medication reminders and documentationSupport clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed.Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations or activities.Assist with dementia care, providing specialized support for individuals with cognitive impairments.Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and family members regarding client needs and progress.Requirements6 months of experience in home care or as a Personal Care Assistant.
