Home Health Aide (HHA)Claremont Village ALP is actively seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to work in our Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx, NY.Duties Include:Observing and monitoring ResidentsProviding Residents with housekeeping and laundry servicesHelping Residents care for their personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, etc.Assist with resident care and activities as neededDocumenting Resident's weight once a monthReporting any health issues to the supervising nurseMaintain confidentiality of all Resident & facility dataRequirements:Valid New York State HHA CertificationOccasional heavy lifting may be requiredAbility to follow the Plan of Care precisely!Must be able to work as a team memberMinimum of 2 years experienceLocation: Bronx, NYAbout Us:Claremont Village Assisted Living Program is an exciting, brand new state of the art assisted living program featuring luxury living along with a host of services catering to the needs of our senior residents.
