Join Our Compassionate Care Team!
Assisted Living facility in Marlborough is seeking caring, dependable, and compassionate PCAs, CNAs, and HHAs to provide exceptional care to our senior residents.
Available shifts:
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Flexible scheduling available:
Full-Time
Part-Time
Weekdays
Weekends
Every other weekend opportunities
Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
Medication reminders and assistance.
Observe and report changes in a client's condition.
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
Deliver compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care.
Qualifications:
Current PCA, CNA, HHA Certification is required.
Previous elder care experience is preferred.
Current CPR certification is preferred.
Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation is preferred.
Ability to pass a CORI/background check.
