If you answered yes to those questions than Home Nursing & Hospice for Utah is the right place for you!CNA Responsibilities:Provide basic personal care and assist patient in the process of getting ready for daily activitiesChart visits using the secured digital charting softwareProvide conversation and companionshipTransfer of patient i.e., bed to chair, bed to commode, chair/commode to bed.Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary teamQualifications:Current CNA license in the state of UtahFlexible and reliableAbility to relate professionally, positively and cooperatively with team members, patients/families and business associates at all levelsExperience in home health or hospice (preferred).A current driver's license, personal transportation and car insuranceHome Nursing and Hospice for Utah employs an outstanding team of Clinical Members, and Administrative Members.
