Job description
Bethesda Group in Colorado Springs is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for home care to perform comprehensive nursing assessments and coordinate care with the Interdisciplinary Team. You will work directly with participants, families, and providers to advance the care plan and education.
The role requires Colorado RN licensure, strong communication, and ability to document in the EHR, conduct medication reconciliation, and participate in IDT meetings, with focus on safety and quality of care.
