Home Health & PDN Medical BillerSilver-Spring HealthCare Services – Spring, TXSilver-Spring Healthcare Services provides pediatric PDN, adult PDN, geriatric skilled nursing, provider services & Hospice care across Texas of all ages and abilities. Each Silver-Spring Healthcare Services Team Member, no matter their job title, makes a difference and impacts the delivery of care every day to our very worthy patients.Responsibilities Include:Silver-spring Healthcare is searching for Home Health & PDN Medical Biller who will be responsible for complete and accurate billing and collections of all claims submitted primarily for payment to HMO, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance health care programs. As a Home Health Medical Biller, you will play an essential role in ensuring accurate and timely billing so that the agency can focus their time and energy on delivering high quality patient care.ONLY EXPERIENCED BILLERS WITH AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE SHOULD APPLY.You will be responsible for:Processing, monitoring, and collecting of HMO, Medicare, Medicaid and other commercial insurance claims in accordance with payer requirements.Verifying accuracy of billing data and revising any errorsImporting/posting payments from all payer typesCreating and distributing various financial reports as neededTimely resolution of all claims including appealsFollowing up on accounts for billing and on overdue accounts for collections via phone calls, re-submissions and adjustments for billing errorsTransmission of OASIS & HIS files.Working with personal information and maintaining patient confidentialityWhat We're Looking For; Silvers-spring Healthcare's mission is to provide exceptional care with all our clients. We are seeking:Highly organized individuals who display a strong attention to detailExperienced billers with a knowledge of DDE, WAYSTAR, AVAILITY, Zirmed, PAYSPAN and other common clearinghousesAnalytical thinkers with strong written and verbal communication skillsTeam players who are passionate about their work and will actively contribute to a positive, collaborative environmentHome health/hospice experience is preferredAxxess, Kantime, Kinnser billing experience is preferred
