Job description
MJHS Home Care is seeking an experienced RN to coordinate and deliver advanced clinical home health services to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery in their homes in the Greater New York area.
You will assess patients, manage medications, educate families, and work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and update comprehensive care plans while maintaining high standards of documentation and communication.
