Job description
MJHS Home Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to map, coordinate, and oversee recovery care at home. You will perform patient assessments, medication management, and patient/family education to ensure safe, effective home health outcomes.
The role requires current NYS RN licensure, at least one year of acute medical-surgical nursing experience, and a car/driver’s license. A $15,000 sign-on bonus or student loan assistance is available.
