Home Health CaregiverJoin SYNERGY HomeCare of North County, a leading provider of home healthcare services, as a Home Health Caregiver in Carlsbad, California. As a Home Health Caregiver with our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.As a Home Health Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and goals. You will assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as provide companionship and emotional support.
