Home Health Case Manager RN or LPN Evanston, Wyoming

We’re interviewing immediately for a Home Health Case Manager with small, well established, highly rated Home Health company serving patients in the Evanston area.
Your experience looks like a great fit. You’ll love the management team. They’re friendly, well seasoned (the administrator has been a CNA, an RN, and is now an Administrator with the company), they and really do treat their employees and patients like family.
New-grads and seasoned nurses from all fields of nursing who would like to work in home health (excellent training provided) are invited to apply.
