Job description
PathWell - Home Health and Hospice Care seeks a Clinical Director/Manager to lead home health operations in Virginia, reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer. You'll hire nurses and therapists, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive census growth while maintaining high-quality patient care.
