Job description
CenterWell Home Health in Missouri is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (RN) to lead a team of clinicians, oversee patient care delivery, and ensure regulatory compliance. This on-site role reports to the Branch Director and supports care planning, staff development, and coordination with physicians and caregivers.
The ideal candidate holds an active RN license with CPR, a valid driver’s license, and 2+ years of RN experience including 1+ year in home health or hospice management.
