Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a registered nurse for a leadership role coordinating comprehensive home health services in the Pahrump, NV area. You will review patient data at start of care, recertifications, and evaluations, coordinating with physicians, referrals and caregivers to ensure timely, compliant care.
The role requires current RN license, CPR, and at least one year in home health, with potential preference for management experience and bilingual ability in English/Spanish.
