RN Clinical Supervisor
Compensation
Salary: Approximately $90,000+ (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
What You'll Do
Oversee patient care across the full continuum: admissions, recertifications, routine visits, transfers, and discharge planning
Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, training, and support to field clinicians
Collaborate closely with case managers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Balance administrative oversight with hands‑on clinical support, including occasional patient visits
Help drive quality, compliance, and best practices (including OASIS accuracy)
Adapt to a dynamic environment with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
Requirements
Active RN license
Proven experience in home health and OASIS assessments (required)
Leadership experience in a supervisory or case management role preferred
Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication skills and a team‑first attitude
A passion for developing others and delivering exceptional patient care
