Job description
Maya Home Care seeks a dynamic and driven Home Care Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team. The DON oversees clinical management, supervision, and coordination of nursing services, ensuring care is delivered safely, in line with New Jersey DOH regulations and agency policies.
The role provides clinical leadership to RNs, LPNs, CHHAs, and other staff; promotes quality outcomes; participates in surveys, audits, and performance improvement; and leads staff development and compliance initiatives
