Job description
CenterWell Home Health seeks a Dispensing Pharmacist to support safe, effective medication use for home health patients. In this role, you will review prescriptions, verify dosages, and dispense medications while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. You’ll collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to reconcile medications, monitor for interactions, and provide patient and caregiver counseling.
