Job description
BrightStar Care of Greater Waukesha and Lake Country is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations across Waukesha County. You will set the clinical vision, oversee quality and compliance, and mentor a team of nurses and caregivers to deliver exceptional home health care.
The DON will supervise staffing, ensure timely visits, validate plans of care, and maintain accreditation readiness while collaborating with ownership and leadership to uphold BrightStar Care standards.
