Job description
Aveanna Healthcare in Wisconsin seeks an Executive Director responsible for all branch operations, leadership, and compliance with federal and state regulations governing home health agencies. This role reports to the Governing Body and Area VP, and may consider clinical or non-clinical candidates with health leadership experience.
You will lead team management, client relations, and business operations, drive growth, oversee budgeting and billing, ensure staffing, and maintain quality of care.
