Job description
Kona Medical Consulting and The Home Health Team in Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex is seeking a Home Health Field Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality skilled nursing care in patients' homes. You will conduct in-home assessments and develop care plans, delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.
Ideal candidate has a Texas RN license, 1+ year home health experience, strong assessment skills, and comfortable using EMR.
