Job description
Beth Israel Lahey Health Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to plan, organize and direct home care services within the assigned branch. The RN builds on community resources to meet patients' needs and serves as a primary preceptor for new staff as needed.
Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, completing initial assessments, developing care plans, supervising home health aides, and ensuring compliance with OASIS and payer guidelines.
