Job description
Gonzaba Medical Group is seeking a licensed practical nurse to focus on providing clinical care to high-risk patients in their home, including wound care and IV antibiotics. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of LVN experience and strong customer service skills.
The role involves timely documentation, effective communication with the care team, and ensuring patient safety. The position may include exposure to clinical settings and requires lifting up to 40 lbs. A strong understanding of medical terminology and ICD-9 coding is preferred.
