Job description
About the Role
Sierra Health Care has been serving Las Cruces families since 1982 — and for over four decades, our nurses have been the steady presence patients and families count on most. As a Hospice RN in this hybrid role, you'll care for patients across home health, hospice, and palliative care, bringing skilled, compassionate nursing to people at some of the most significant moments of their lives. If you believe care is about the whole person — not just the diagnosis — you'll find your place here.

Why Join Us
Sierra Health Care is a nonprofit — which means everything we do is in service of our patients and our community, not a bottom line. You'll join a close-knit clinical team that supports each other and shows up fully for the families we serve. We offer medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, 401(k), and mileage reimbursement, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. In this hybrid role, you'll have the rare opportunity to care for patients across the full continuum — home health, hospice, and palliative care — in one of New Mexico's most community-rooted organizations. If you're someone who brings courage and steadiness into the hardest moments, we'd be honored to have you on our team.
