Job description
Spencer Hospital is seeking an RN for Home Health & Hospice to deliver skilled nursing care in the patient’s home. You will work with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and ensure quality outcomes.
The role includes end-of-life care and support for patients and families, with a schedule that balances day shifts and on-call coverage. Must hold an IA RN license and BLS certification.
