Intake Coordinator/Office AssistantBetter Living Home Health Care is a locally owned and operated Medicare and Medicaid certified home health agency with the mission of keeping our clients happy and healthy at home. We provide high quality care to seniors and people with disabilities. We are looking for a caring and compassionate person to join our team.Job is Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8am-4pmExperience in Home Health preferred, but not requiredResponsibilities:Answer phones and transfer to proper staff or take detailed messagesLearn process of sending, tracking and dropping orders into EMRMonitoring Fax FolderDrop clinical documents into EMRWrite, send and track all aspect of PAsReceive and write up referralsTrack and work referrals from beginning to endAnswer telephonesParticipate in On-Call rotationAny other duties assigned by DON/AdministratorRequirements:DependableExcellent organizational skillsSelf starter who is able to work independentlyMust be a quick learner on computer systems with good working knowledge of EMR's, email, Word, ExcelPreferred experience with Home HealthPleasant, professional, team playerAble to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks accuratelyExcellent interpersonal and documentation skillsPay based on experience
