Job description
Compassus is seeking a Home Health Executive Director to oversee day‑to‑day operations of the home health program across Bartlesville and Tulsa, Oklahoma. You will partner with the Regional Vice President to ensure a high‑quality, compliant operation and to motivate colleagues, patients, and the community.
You will supervise staff, coach and educate teams, manage budgets, review performance metrics, and drive growth while maintaining patient and team satisfaction.
