Job description
Addus Family company is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct in-home care to elderly, chronically ill, and disabled clients. The LPN will perform assessments, monitor vital signs, provide wound care, administer medications, and support care plan implementation under RN and physician direction. You’ll educate patients and families, document in EHR, and coordinate with a mission-driven, patient-focused team.
