Job description
Addus Family Company seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver quality in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. In this community-based role, you’ll provide skilled nursing services, support care plans, monitor patient conditions, and educate clients and families to promote safety and independence at home. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document care accurately, and uphold Addus’ values of dignity, respect, and integrity.
