Job description
Addus Family company is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide in-home nursing care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will support elderly, chronically ill, and disabled clients with clinical and personal care to help them live safely and independently at home. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, performing basic wound care, documenting in EHR, coordinating with RNs and caregivers, and educating clients and families.
