Job description
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide one-on-one care for an adult patient in the home setting. In this role, you will deliver skilled nursing services including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and monitoring of chronic conditions. You will follow individualized care plans, document accurately in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards, and communicate changes in patient status to the RN case manager and physician.
