Job description
AccentCare seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse for home health services within a leading pharmaceutical environment. The LPN will provide direct patient care in the home, including assessments, wound care, medication administration, and monitoring treatment responses. You will coordinate with RNs, physicians, and pharmacists to support care plans and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
