Job description
AccentCare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse for home health care within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical space. In this role, you will provide direct in-home patient care including assessments, wound care, medication administration, and monitoring chronic conditions under RN/physician supervision. You will document care accurately in EMR systems, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families on treatment plans, and support quality and safety protocols.
