Job description
Aveanna Healthcare seeks compassionate In Home Healthcare LPNs to provide skilled nursing care to multiple patients in their homes. In this role, you will perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, manage chronic and acute conditions, and follow individualized care plans. You will coordinate with RNs, therapists, physicians, and families to promote optimal patient outcomes.
