Job description
Aveanna Healthcare seeks an In Home Healthcare LPN to deliver compassionate skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes. The LPN will perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, manage wounds and IVs, and monitor chronic conditions under RN or physician direction. Responsibilities include executing care plans, documenting in the EMR, educating patients and families, and collaborating with the care team. This role offers one-on-one patient care, clinical mentorship, ongoing training, and growth opportunities within a patient-focused, team-oriented national home health organization.
