Job description
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Addus Family company, you will deliver compassionate, in-home nursing care to seniors and individuals with disabilities. In this community-based role, you’ll perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and document changes in condition. You’ll coordinate closely with RNs, therapists, and caregivers to support personalized care plans, educate clients and families, and promote safety, dignity, and independence.
