Job description
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate home health care to pediatric and adult patients. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing services in patients’ homes and community settings, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs and clinical status. You will follow individualized care plans, document in electronic records, and communicate changes to RNs and physicians.
