Job description
Addus Family Company is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide in‑home clinical care to elderly, chronically ill, and disabled clients. The LPN will deliver skilled nursing services, monitor vital signs and chronic conditions, administer medications and treatments, and follow individualized care plans. You will coordinate with RNs, physicians, caregivers, and family members, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered care.
