Pride Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Health for a contract assignment supporting a leading healthcare organization in Olympia, WA.
Important Details:
Assignment Length: 13-week contract
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Coverage Area: Olympia/Lacey, WA
Pay Range: $34-36
Mileage Reimbursement: Yes
Responsibilities Include:
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes based on individualized care plans.
Educate patients and caregivers on medications, treatment plans, and overall health management.
Collaborate with the care team to support continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Home health experience preferred.
HCHB experience preferred.
