Job description
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide compassionate skilled nursing care in patients’ homes. The LVN will perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, manage ventilator and trach care as appropriate, and document in the care plan and EHR. You’ll collaborate with RNs, therapists, and families to support optimal outcomes for pediatric and adult patients.
