Job description
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate In Home Healthcare LVN for part-time weekend day shifts. In this role, you’ll provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes, including assessments, medication administration, wound and respiratory care, and monitoring of chronic conditions. You will follow individualized care plans, document care accurately, and communicate closely with RNs, physicians, and families.
