Job description
Renew Home Health is looking for a dependable, compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to care for patients in their homes across the Mineral Wells area. In this PRN role, you’ll carry out each patient’s plan of care — medications, treatments, and monitoring — and help them stay safe and comfortable at home. What you’ll do as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
Provide skilled LVN visits to patients in their homes throughout the Mineral Wells area
Administer medications and treatments, and provide wound care as ordered
Monitor each patient’s condition and follow the physician’s plan of care under RN supervision
Teach patients and families how to manage conditions and stay safe at home
Report changes in patient status to the nursing team
Document each visit accurately using our AI‑assisted charting tools
What we’re looking for
Active Texas LVN license in good standing
At least one year of nursing experience (home health experience a plus)
A valid Texas driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
Strong clinical skills and dependability
A caring, patient‑first attitude
Do meaningful work on your own schedule.
