Job description
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Private Duty LVN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes. In this role, you will deliver direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, treatments, wound care, and tracheostomy/ventilator management as appropriate. You will follow individualized care plans, document accurately, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to support optimal outcomes.
