Job description
Interim HealthCare in Merrillville, IN is seeking Home Health Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one-on-one, at-home care under RN supervision. Earn competitive hourly pay in a role that supports work-life balance and autonomy.
You will collaborate with a team of clinicians, take vitals, document progress, educate patients and families, and help coordinate discharge planning. Indiana LPN license and CPR certification are required.
