Job description
AdventHealth Sebring, FL is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our home health team. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform wound care as directed, and document outcomes in collaboration with RNs and physicians in the patient’s home.
This full-time role offers daytime hours Mon–Fri with on-call rotations, a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, comprehensive benefits from day one, and company-provided devices.
