Job description
NYU Langone Hospitals in Garden City, NY is seeking an LPN for Homecare to collaboratively deliver age-appropriate patient care for multiple patients daily. Responsibilities include planning of care, documenting patient responses, and effectively communicating with other health team members. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, be a graduate of an accredited School of Licensed Practical Nursing, and have up to one year of nursing experience. The position provides a salary range of $76,552.53 – $88,418.23 annually.
