Job description
Elk Valley, part of LHC Group, is seeking a Private Duty LPN in Shelbyville to provide direct nursing care in patients’ homes under RN supervision. You will document visits, coordinate care, and support patients and families.
Requires active LPN license and valid driver’s license. CPR certification preferred; flexible hours and strong communication essential. Competitive pay and benefits available.
