Job description
Quality Private Duty Care in Tennessee is seeking an LPN to provide hands-on home health visits to assigned patients. You will follow the plan of care, document visits, and coordinate with the RN Team Leader to ensure timely, quality care.
This role requires an active Tennessee LPN license, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel for patient visits. On-call duties and accurate documentation are essential, with opportunities to work with a supportive team.
