Job description
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an In Home Healthcare LVN to provide compassionate, clinically focused care to an adult patient during daytime shifts. In this role, you will deliver skilled nursing in the home, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and chronic condition management. You will follow an established care plan, document all care accurately, and communicate changes in condition to the interdisciplinary team.
