Job description
Compassus is seeking a Home Health Area Market Executive in Saint Petersburg, FL, to lead growth initiatives and build a Book of Business across Home Health programs. You will collaborate with clinical leaders and senior management to drive market penetration and program expansion.
The role requires strategic growth planning, strong relationship-building with providers and payors, and handling multiple growth initiatives to achieve defined targets. MBA is preferred but not required.
