Job description
Elite Home Health Group INC is seeking a compassionate Medical Social Worker to support patients in their homes in Ocala, Florida. The MSW provides psychosocial assessments, counseling, and resource coordination under physician orders and the plan of care.
The role reports to nursing leadership and participates in an interdisciplinary team to promote safety, independence, and well-being for patients and families.
