Job description
Optum Home & Community Care, part of Optum, seeks a HouseCalls Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) to perform annual in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage members.
The role offers flexible scheduling (8am–8pm, 20–40 hours/week) with no on-call, weekends, or holidays. Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $175,000 plus bonus and comprehensive benefits. Active NP/PA certification and state licensure required.
